Since 2018, I’ve been passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and overall well-being through fitness. I take a balanced approach, focusing on not just physical transformation but also mental and emotional resilience. By tailoring my training to each individual, I empower my clients—many of whom start from scratch—to achieve incredible results and boost their confidence through consistent movement.
As a strength training specialist for women, I support expectant and new mothers, helping them stay strong throughout pregnancy and postpartum. I also incorporate boxing techniques to enhance coordination, balance, and agility, and lead functional boot camp-style classes that build strength, endurance, and confidence in a dynamic, supportive environment.
For me, fitness is a lifelong journey, and I’m committed to helping my clients make it a sustainable part of their lives. My own experience has shown me the transformative power of movement and the importance of having a coach who truly supports you every step of the way.
